If an item is faulty, not as described or you have changed your mind, you must contact me within 14 days for a refund or exchange. You then have 14 days to return the item(s). Once I receive the returned items, I will then refund. Refunds may take up to 10 business days.
*If you have not contacted me within 14 days of receiving your order, no refunds or exchanges will be given.
*I do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on personlised or custom orders unless they are damaged when you recieve them.
